All proceeds will go to Metro Wellness, a local organization that provides crucial health care services and support to LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. The class will be led by Ryan, the owner of CrossFit ABF. He will guide participants through a challenging and energizing workout, suitable for all skill levels.
