Closet Ball is a drag competition, contests with the help of an assistant, transforms themselves into their alternate egos (Drag King or Drag Queen). Closet Ball is a competition that is fun for all involved. This competition is meant for entertainment and grooming for new entertainers.

The rules are simple; First half each contestant is given one hour to make a drag transformation, with the help of one assistant.

The second half of the competition, contestants will perform a solo talent.
During their performance, money will be collected to go towards the given charity and the contestants final score.

Finally, contestants have onstage interview. Questions will be light hearted and community based.

The Winner will receive $200.00, Crown and Sash, Jewelry from GALX-Z Jewelry, $100.00 at step down should the year be successful, and many other prizes. Winner will be expected to attend scheduled events by the Contest coordinator and 2 events for the given charity.
